What type of concert ?
Target crowd ?
Size event ?
Location - State/City is a good start?
Is it for fun or profit ?
How soon do you want to have it ?
How much money do you have to put into it ?

Is suggestion without any additional info. Go to a club this weekend where the promotion is not done by the management but by some promotion group and talk to one of the promoters and get a little feeling of what it takes to promote their party for that night. Like here in ATL a lot of reggae parties are promoted by promotion groups. They promoters usually have a name like @##@(U%)(* Entertainment

Dread, I'm in Trinidad and Tobago, Looking at 5000-10000. Teenage/Tweens., Its for profit, but part will go to 5 Charities here for kids. Want to have it in December, its a Pop concert
