Just dont find dude funny for the most part.
I usually agree...not a fan of his work.
but for some reason I found this one very funny and he is really quick and dude seems better suited for smaller doses.

Same here and I have said the same thing a million times.
But I still applaud dude's hustle and his success same as I did Tyler Perry even though I am personally not a fan of his work.
It's his time and he is gonna ride this thing till the wheels fall off. So if folks are paying then dude is playing. Not the greatest talent IMO but his work ethic and drive is tenacious.

Kev is not really funny to me, he's entertaining, two different things. I never thought Bill Cosby was funny, but he was entertaining. I didn't laugh while watching the vid, but I watch the whole vid just to see what he was gonna do. He keeps your attention, even if you aren't laughing.
I gotta say his work ethic is through the roof! aftter soul Plane I thought he was finished dude pulled a major comeback thats B.I.G!

There are many threads on BGOL that I don't enter because the topic doesn't interest me.
If I don't know what I'm gettin' into before I enter, and I give my opinion, that's one thing. However, to know you're entering the thread of a comedian that you don't think is funny is a waste of your time.
There ain't much to say beyond, 'I don't think he's funny'.

I suppose this is one of those type of threads where the motivation is to make it known that someone popular doesn't appeal to you.
Why would be he finished after Soul Plane? It was a comedy, he is a comedian, people took the movie way to serious. It was basically a black version of Airplane (1980) and critics called that a classic comedy, but it was the same stupid ass goofy comedy premise as Soul Plane, a comedy in the sky. Soul Plane ain't no classic but it wasn't meant to be taken serious, no one in that movie took a major fall, not even Kev.
