Too bad I was too young, parents woldn't let me stay up to see him back in those days.

When I got older, the first thing I did was stay up late enough to watch Johnny and that other show, "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman".

Nice urban myth, but the fact is that his son was a DEADBEAT who lived off of his father for years (all of his listed assets when he was sued for child support were gifts from his father), and refused to pay child support for his "black" daughter after she was born. The baby momma had two other kids as well and was hoping to milk Carson for some cash by laying a racist trip on him. Fact is, Carson ended up paying for the kid's private school education after his son died, but he had no interest in giving his non-working, middle-aged son or his ex girlfriend easy cash way back when.

Being a GRANDparent doesn't obligate you to take care of your 35-year-old kid's children or ex-girlfriends.
