Started week 3 of #PiYo today. There's not a huge difference, but there's definitely one in my tummy. Literally only 3.5lb difference here. Considering I ate everything in sight for about 3 days. 5 more weeks of PiYo, plus I started my #21DayFixChallenege today too!

Would you believe me if I said I'm one pound heavier on the RIGHT? The left was my very first "before" picture in 2013. After dedicating a year, losing 30+ lbs, gaining it back, losing it again (in the process). Wow. It's amazing how the body changes. Please don't quit.

But then I read this caption from @getfitjules & it hit home.
