Chuletas Fritas Ingredients 6 pork chops 2 tablespoons achiote oil 2 tablespoons vinegar 1 tablespoon sazon 1/2 tablespoons adobo 1 teaspoon ground oregano 1 teaspoon salt or to taste !1 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 3 tablespoons cornstarch Oil Directions: Clean than season pork chops and marinate for 1 hour. These Deep-fried pork chops will take around 4 minutes per side. Thicker chops may require a5 minutes on each side. Make sure the oil is hot (around 350°F) and don’t overcrowd thepan I fried on at a time. Also note that once oil hot you don’t have to keep flame on high lower a bit to like medium high. Extra crispy : 6 minutes on one side and 4 to 5 minutes on the other.Recipe by chef edgardo jose verdejo
