Yes. Until trump and his posse of pussys unravels them the US has some of the most stringent safety laws for vehicles in the world.
Right away I can see how something like this system could compromise the suspension and cause loss of control at highway speeds. In order to pass US laws it would have to be insanely complicated and the repair/maintenance would be sky high.
What vehicle has a butter-smooth airbag suspension? A roller. And you know what the maintenance/repair costs are for those bad boys.
