Obama and the dems tried for years, especially during the recession but these racist ass honkies in Congress fought every effort of Obama's plans to fix our roads, bridges and he even had plans to draw up high-speed rail but it would have been an accomplishment for Obama and those CracKKKas wasn't having that.

China's many mega infrastructure projects could not be easily evaluated by economists using conventional methods. They fail to take into consideration the spin-offs from such projects.
For example, China's investment in human infrastructure such as education and R&D and concrete infrastructure such as roads, rail, ports, airports, electricity, internet etc. has enabled China to lead in E-commerce today.
I am sure when China built those infrastructures, no economist has taken the spin-off of Alibabas or Tescents into the equation.
