The kitchen was too hot for a Chili's cook and it cost him his job.
An employee for the restaurant chain's location in Valrico, Fla., who used the Facebook name Justin J. Speekz, was fired after he posted a picture on his page of himself shirtless and wearing a black apron and jeans, according to TV station WFTS in Tampa Bay.
The cook and musician also wrote "Sexy Cooks Of Chili's" on the pictures, which also include him lying shirtless on a table in the kitchen.
The pictures are no longer on his Facebook page.

But after customers saw the pictures and complained, Speekz was fired, the station reported.
The restaurant passed a surprise inspection after the pictures were released, the station reported.
"Chili's clearly does not encourage this type of behavior in our restaurants," Chili's said to the station in a statement. "We maintain very high standards of food quality, safety and cleanliness and took immediate steps to ensure the restaurant continues to follow these requirements. Additionally, we ended this team member's employment after learning of his conduct."
