shit like this makes me furious.....but its apart of our past that cant be denied and it needs to be seen so those of us who werent around back then can realize what our ancestors had to go through in order for us to be where we are today...kinda fucked up that it seems like we are going backwards tho...alotta folks just dont give a damn anymore

My mom uses that Fred Palmer's Skin Whitening Cream every now and then. But she does it for blemishes. I tease her about it whenever I see it out. But she doesn't use it often...still...

We really need to understand the way racism works in America these days. We just are too far behind. Some of us still think that racism is all about blockin black fol from diners. Ya'll see how they snuck that coon shit into cartoons? Tom and Jerry is STILL one of my favorite cartoons, and only about maybe a year or 2 ago did I realize what was up with that housekeeper who was always black. Racism is on some creep shit right now. Those creams and products encouraging us to change our natural attributes? Ya'll not feelin me...:smh:
