Certification Advice Needed: Professional Moves

Certification Question. My company has some money to burn. They told me to puck from these 3 certs because they're associate with my daily duties. I want to choose the one that will propel me immediately into range of my professional goals and IT Security. I have experience in all 3 more all hands on and technical for the first 2 choices. The 3rd choice is placing me closer but the hands experience is something that cant be denied. Which is the most logical heading towards a more solid IT Security? Your input is appreciated

VMware (VCP)

MCSA (emphasis on Windows Server)

Security +

If you get your MCSA and step up to MCSE you can make good money (75k-100k) doing server support, Cloud\Vmware\Windows\SQL\Database

Security + is a good start to get your mind moving toward getting CISSP with which in today's market you can write your own ticket.
