I recently made $3500 on a car, a 2005 Benz that had a blown motor. To make a long story short, the car was totaled and had a clear title. I sourced an engine from other vehicle and had it installed. At the same time I listed the car on ebay. Not bad for just making phone calls. So, now I am hooked.
Are any of you guys out there into dealing in distressed vehicles? I don't want to get into salvage or branded title cars, only cars with clear titles. Any suggestions on how to turn this into a second hustle?
