Get real. He's never had an original idea in his head. He's just a Hendrix, Beatles and '60s-'70s Greatest Hits sound-alike artist. Nothin' wrong with that (he acknowledges his obvious influences), but there's a good reason why he isn't generally ranked with the best of the last 20 years (though he's made a nice livin' and gotten laid a lot).
