Sure, she's legal. I'm 22 though and I wouldn't. I know a lot of 19 year olds who are fine as fuck that I would fuck the shit out of but outside of fucking, I couldn't see myself seriously dating a girl that young. A lot of them are just really immature and young ass minds. You can't really talk to them about shit. I'm sure there are exceptions but that's just how it is with a lot of chicks that age. I always thought niggas who are in there late 20's dating 18 and 19 year olds are lame niggas who can't get anyone in their own age bracket

1) In U.S. standards...she's technically legal (above the age of 18...can be younger if she already bared a child). She's just not legal to drink or smoke.
2) Age is nothing but a number...as you will see as you get older, there will be people under than you who's mentalities are or maybe younger than a 16 year old. You see more of people who are older in age who think they're mature because of age. But the reality of things are you are not mature until you learn from the lessons and experiences you've encountered in life. Some people are mentally mature at a young age.
3) You're view is from a young mind's perspective. Stop judging for a moment or stop thinking you're entitled to your opinion and look around you...be very observant. You'll notice that a lot females in your age bracket will look at you and other males as immature and when venture dating guys 3 to 6 years older than them thinking that they're mature enough to handle older dudes. Then notice that there are a handful of females who think they're really mature and the average guy their age is beneath them....those are the ones that chase after "Sugar Daddies" which in their minds are guaranteed finances (no love is really involved). Sum females your age will get turned out from sex (that older guy having more sexual experience than you)...again, these females will not entertain the thought of dealing or dating their own age bracket. Then notice how many females in your age bracket that wouldn't give the time of day to a guy 2 to possibly 3 years younger than them. Then pay close attention to how many guys who may fill lucky enough to date or have sex with an older woman....then ask yourself this very question again. Exactly , all 19 year olds don't share the same maturity level. Theres some 19 year olds that wouldput 25 year olds to shame in the maturity department. I don't think it's about age but how mentally seasoned someone is.
It takes a very special 19 year old to be able to vibe with u on your wave length, AND still be true to herself. Her maturity and understanding needs to be on 100%, is really what I mean. I'd say just have fun and enjoy her for as long as it lasts, but don't try to commit till she's of stable mind. Most 19 year olds still have no idea what they want outta life.
