Calling All Qualified Developers for New Orleans: The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is requesting separate qualification statements from experienced developers (Development Partners) to implement the comprehensive redevelopment projects at the C.J. Peete (RFQ# 06-120-10-13), St. Bernard Housing Development (RFQ# 06-120-10-17), and B.W. Cooper (RFQ#06-120-10-18) sites. Sealed responses for each solicitation are due in HANO’s Office of Procurement and Contracts by 2:00PM CST on Friday, January 5, 2007. Pre-submission conferences will be held at the HANO Office, 4100 Touro Street, New Orleans, LA 70122 on Monday, November 13, 2006, at 10:00AM and on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at 10:00AM.
