Cadillac Celestiq and Other Cars Based on This Platform Are Going to Fail.

The cars based on this electric chassis are some of the ugliest cars I've seen in a while!!! I'm almost certain they will all fail. They are going to be expensive and GMs electric cars have already been recalled a few times. The Hummer just flat out sucks unless you have a bunch of money to waste.

The Acura looks like a damn hearse. It's based off the same chassis as the Cadillac!

It's the back end for me on all of these vehicles. Just completely falls apart IMO.

Electric care are 100 years old. Battery tech takes much longer than you think to develop and cost big money.

I laugh at the notion that corporate America is going to develop any groundbreaking tech because of the cost.

The model in tech has always been to copy, paste and improve what the government has developed. That isn't going to change any time soon.

I like the look of the Celestiq, but it’s not the looks that’s causing electrics to fail. The infrastructure is not in place. You NEED a second car and prices along with interest rates are causing people to hold on to cars. Pandemic inflation is a bitch. I’m looking at used Lyrics in the mid to high 30s with less than 10k miles. that’s crazy considering these care ain’t been about 2 years and they started in the 60s. Gotta keep my impulses in check, but I might have to cop one.

They are simply ugly cars IMO. Then if you combine the price w/ the issues that GM has had w/ their EV cars, that's what leads me to think they will fail.

I think the EV Hummer is an amazing SUV, but it's so impractical for most to even really use it on a regular basis.

Teslas aren't ugly to me. They have that safe design to appeal to the masses.

Actually Ford got it right w/ their truck EV. Don't make some goofy futuristic looking truck that will only appeal to a few people. That kept that bitch looking like a gas F-150 and it's been a huge success.

The back of it sucks!! I did listen a bit to the video and listened to how dude from cadillac said we decided to skip hybrids and go straight to electric! I know they wish they could take that back! Either way a heavy wallet will only be able to purchase this and not many will move just like that hummer and many other ev"s...good luck GM..
