I’m pretty sure the emergency room knows who he isNo need to call an ambulance, just take him as he lies in the pickup bed...saves time and money!!!
He should of braced it against the cab of the truck so it wouldn't slide.
Ummm are you sure you are a black man? no offense because you seem like a cool dude but dude are you for real?Or against the rear bumper of truck
CACs think they are smarter than physicalStupid ass! Just move the fucking truck!

I saw the Spectrum guy put a ladder on top of his van to reach the line on the telephone pole.Damn @easy_b it's like that?!
I generalized my statement in the name of brevity, but if he had the ladder at a 45 degree angle then backed the truck up so the bumper was a few inches apart if not touching it.......
The ladder is still on the ground and it has a solid object keeping it from moving backwards.....
Now the whole side-to-side situation is a risk he has to take, but given the results of this video, moving to one side was not the problem.
However, the basics of ladder safety say have a person hold the ladder.....
But when I was installing for AT&T that shit wasn't possible, so mfkrs had to get creative.
