Cliff Notes: Black man gets pulled over for speeding while taking his daughter to school. (Cop didnt have a radar gun to know exactly how fast he was going)
Cop refuses to move his car after the giving him the citation to allow him to leave.
The black dude tells him to get his ass out of the way so he can go.
He goes to the courthouse so he can pay the citation. But the judge orders him to apologize to the cop or he will have to spend 30 days in jail.
Judge held him in the court for over 2 hours trying to get him to apologize. Black guy refuses and lawyers up.
Charges were eventually dropped.
