If someone had physically attacked his sister and she did not instigate it, and he defended her, I would send him a $20 bill. Given that she apparently "misbehaved" with anti-social behavior, she needs no defense. Anti-social behavior needs to be nipped in its infancy. She needs to understand what is acceptable and what is not. He needs to understand that you don't encourage poor behavior by defending it.
