You're probably right and the pimpin' thing is possibly a reach... but as far as coming back from a pimpin' charge, don't doubt the stupidity of people. Malachi York got charged with pedophilia and despite the overwhelming evidence against him, you still have people who support and defend him. In fact, his son is bringing that bullshit religion back.
