Interesting little tidbit, in this article it says that Don Cannon is now managed by Chaka Zulu. If you look on Don Cannon’s myspace his title is DJ Don Cannon Mr. F.U. Luda. WTF is going on in Atlanta?

I told you all yesterday about some foolishness that’s going on over in the Aphilliates camp.
According to the Atlanta industry buzz, Don Cannon and DJ Drama are going in different directions. Truth be told they’ve been doing it for quite some time unofficially. Don is killing it with his production credits as well as his entrepreneurial endeavors and Drama is focusing on his new artist Willie Tha Kid.

people grow. I expect them to handl it like adults. Sounds like they have so far. I know them both, not well enough for them to express something likt that to me, so that says a lot about how well they're handling it. They havd done a lot together, now they are moving on.

Thats the biggest mistake anyone can make unless you hit big like a 50 or Kanye.

Its better for Don to pursue that production paper, cut a large publishing deal. Fuck trying to pop off one artist, dealing with label shit and radio program directors. Then IF a nigga pop off you got to deal with that pre madonna bullshit.

Fuck that. Produce the hit records and effectively control your own destiny.
 
Outside of Atlanta these nigz aint that big......Gangsta Grillz was like big in 06 and Cannon is a behind the scenes producer dude. He's worked with a lot of industry people but his only real big stand out was "Thugz go Crazy" by Jeezy. He's pushing the white boy Asher Roth(corn in my opinion).

I doubt he's leaving Affiliates but anything is possible................
