That is strange due to the fact they do head count everyday. At the maximum security prison in Nevada the head count at night you have to move before they can call you a count at the night time count.
The dude that was sucking the baby pacifier all the time died in a fucked up way. They beat him and his friend tried to save him and they beat his friend. Then both of them was shot and died. One girl that was there was shot also so there would be no witness but she survived the gun shot to the neck but is paralyzed.
