if i remember my history correctly...CBP cant go on to native american land without authorization. of they ran over someone and killed them, then that person could be brought up on charges and convicted under native american law. not that these folks would recognize or submit to it but its the way its supposed to work.
i dont even know what to say or tell my native american friends when shit like this happen bc there are s few left. if they went on the war path, they would be wiped from the face of the earth....see how they did'em in standing rock...and the water is all contaminated with oil...just like they said it would happen...folks dont give a fuq.
