Yes, Border Patrol can serve valid, judicial warrants on American citizens, and they must comply. While Border Patrol agents can arrest citizens with an outstanding arrest warrant and are authorized to conduct certain warrantless searches at the border, they cannot enter a private home to serve a judicial warrant without one.

Serving a judicial warrant
  • On a U.S. citizen: Border Patrol can serve a valid judicial warrant on an American citizen.
  • Judicial warrants: These are issued by a judge and carry full legal authority, allowing for arrests and searches.
  • Compliance: A person must comply with a valid judicial warrant.

Border Patrol's authority and limitations
  • Warrantless arrests: Border Patrol can arrest people without a warrant if they are committing a crime in the officer's presence or if there's a reasonable belief the person is in the country unlawfully and likely to escape before a warrant can be obtained.
  • Searches at the border: Agents do not need a warrant or suspicion to search a person, their belongings, or their electronic devices at the border or a port of entry.
  • Home entry: Border Patrol agents cannot enter a private home to execute a judicial warrant without that warrant, which must be signed by a judge.
  • Administrative warrants: These are issued by the Department of Homeland Security and are used to detain a person suspected of being in the country illegally, but they do not give agents the authority to enter private areas.
who do you think is going to be on the business end of much of that after messycans???

Life is simple. Don't be a criminal and comply.

This is 2025. People who enter the US illegally are the focus. You got Geechie in your name. How do open borders benefit Black people?
In late September 2025, a large-scale immigration raid by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Border Patrol agents occurred at an apartment complex in the predominantly Black South Shore neighborhood of Chicago.
Witnesses described a chaotic and harrowing scene, with doors broken down and personal belongings scattered throughout the building. Reports indicated that Black residents were treated differently during the detentions, with one witness claiming, "They had the Black people in one van, and the immigrants in another van".
The Department of Homeland Security said federal agents with Border Patrol, the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrested 37 people in the raid. DHS said some of those arrested “are believed to be involved in drug trafficking and distribution, weapons crimes and immigration violators.”

The feds also claimed the South Shore neighborhood was “a location known to be frequented by Tren de Aragua members and their associates,” but DHS gave no evidence to support the assertion, and authorities did not confirm that any of the people arrested were members of the Venezuelan gang.

Alleged Tren de Aragua members have been charged and detained in the city as recently as August. But the Chicago Sun-Times has found little evidence tying them to violence in Chicago.

Rodrick Johnson, 67, is one of many residents who were detained by federal agents during the South Shore raid. A U.S. citizen, he said agents broke through his door and dragged him out in zip ties.

Johnson said he was left tied up outside the building for nearly three hours before agents finally let him go.

“I asked [agents] why they were holding me if I was an American citizen, and they said I had to wait until they looked me up,” Johnson said. “I asked if they had a warrant, and I asked for a lawyer. They never brought one.”

and youre good with that?? you telling me you could participate in some shit like that???
