Bloggers: What do yall think about a BGOL Social Network?

I was thinking something along the lines of "100 BGOL Bloggers" kinda like a fraternity where we looking out for each other. I mean we already pretty much do that by adding each other to our individual sites and clicking each others links... but doing the social network thing would help us keep it organized by creating groups under that network... something we are unable to do through this message board.

Like I have this whole vision of this in my head but I wasn't sure how yall would feel about it. I haven't even talked to HNIC about it. I kinda wanted to run the idea by yall (getting at least 20 thumbs up on this) first then go to HNIC the $10 Pimp.

I know its a ton of Blogger Networks but none of them will be a BGOL Network. Think of this as our "legal store front" to our shady dealings, lolll.

While doing research on which sites should I network through for my own personal blog I realized that the same people are running all the urban/black Blogger Networks...

In addition they are using their own talent from within to get paid...

For example all the Urban Networks are plugging this one chicks site for banners:

Not hating on sis because she getting paid but those banners aren't worth $20... we can do our own banners and promote our own in house BGOL talent.

I got a lot of ideas on this, let me know yalls thoughts...

hmmm... Don't know. I did sign up for your 2nd site though and haven't received anything yet (signed up yesterday).

However, I was thinking of turning my http://piffonline.com site to another porn forum but the more I think about it, I'm thinking of turning it into a social networking site.

I've seen that LHenry hustle for years now, she been doin tha damn thing. between sistapreneurs to msoy (multiple shades of you) to black business women online- she stay on her grind and it's not like she's bringing out new content, just bringing black women together online continuously (I got a side-hustle that involves black business women, which is why I know about this)...

something for BGOL fam would be tight, but I wouldn't brand it as that, unless we giving HNIC a piece...

Well I hit HNIC up on the side and he never responded back... so clay I guess your right maybe we should give it another name. Like 4real 4real I got 3 people right now I am helping developing blogs. If we create this network and bring in our own graphic artist they could be making money from the people we bring in, plus we will make money on the traffic.

If we start out with 10 mature BGOLers who are about business and recruit outside of BGOL from there... we would all make money from advertisements to graphics, you tube videos, etc... We have so much talent on this board why not come together an lal get paid...

I know I said 20 people for a go on this but if we could get atleast 10 strong people we could get this going...

Let me know what yall think...

nope, I am waiting to see if we can get the minimum amount of people to respond to this thread. Once the minimum is met I will move forward with this.

A couple of people been hitting me up in PMs but not responding here....

(side note: someone PM'd me an when I tried to respond they had their PM's blocked. If you are that person just post in this thread)

I have start a ning site for my graduating class and is growing slowing, so depending on the people, this can work..just will take a lot of effort to get thing going..

What is our next move?
