Sadly, I've known a lot of white guys who tend to think the whole "black women are so exotic" angle actually causes black women to swoon. Like being told you're exotic is the greatest compliment of all time. I know this sounds hypocritical, me being white and everything, but it's these people who are just trying to get with black women because it's "different." All the comments of "Black women are crazy in bed," "Black women's skin is..." and whatever are, sadly, based on stereotype and, yes, black women are often made objects of fetishism.
It goes a lot of ways though. The whole "Asians have tighter pussies" and whatnot is ludicrous but stills exists.
I just don't understand why a white guy that likes black women can't just tell the truth about why he likes them and, instead, has to make up these exotic metaphor-laced excuses.
