Texas student raises $60K to adopt Haitian baby he found abandoned in trash

Jimmy Amisial, a Texas student from Haiti, found a baby abandoned in the trash in 2017 while visiting his home country. Soon after, he became the baby’s guardian and has been facing the steep price of adoption, immigration issues and violence in Haiti as he looks toward his and the child’s future.
