NB: Most white people and non white people do not want to believe that the majority of the major conflicts in the so called "third world countries" are financed, instigated and/or supported by the people who classify themselves as white. And if you see any guns in your neighborhood, best believe its the racist/white supremacists that saw to it that they are there. Why? because they are the masters of weapons and WAR. All indicators and facts point out that the "UNITED STATES of AMERICA" is by far the largest weapons exporter on EARTH. The racist/white supremacists in Amerikkka hate competition and this could be the reason why they are after the extradition of Viktor Bout. :smh:

The extermination of the black race is fueled by a strong and united web of strung together theorys and blueprints to usurp black existence.

The problem is that "white people" created the context that promotes black on black violence. This does not imply in any way that there were no conflicts among black people before the set up of the global, national and local system of racism/white supremacy. But the evidence shows that under white global domination (controlling, producing and supplying ARMS) black on black violence is very much rampant. So i believe that the problem is both. Creating the context and providing the guns that will maintain the context and/or white global domination.
