Coffee is a huge money maker. From beans to cup Starbucks 100x there money. The beans in a cup of coffee cost pennies. I was on the way to start a coffee business once you get people locked in they will go everymorning 5 days a week. The overhead is super low. Its a great business if you got a decent location or anytype of good marketing like bikini's for instance. Lol

You're mistaken for the most part, there's nothing in Va law that would stop it. Problem would be finding an area that would sustain one, also some areas might try to stop it if enough residents fought it, so they'd just make it a pain in the ass for the business to get licenses etc. It would probably do well in Va beach &/or Norfolk.
