Just trying to get some ideas on some good products to use to keep the ride clean:

What are some good washing and drying towels to use to prevent scratches?

The best car wax?

Best way to keep the tires shining?

Here are some of the products I currently use:

Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner for the tires. It does a good job to break up brake dust. I use a small, flat non-abrasive brush to clean inside the rims.

F-21 Ultra Wet Tire Shine on the tires for that wet look. It last a decent amount of time.

Armor All Auto Glass Cleaner for the windows. It's pretty good for not leaving streaks.

'Preciate the input

(1) Simple Green Car Wash. 3 sponges. 1 for the top, hood, trunk and everything above the belt line. 1 for everything below the belt line. 1 for the wheels and rocker panels.

(2) Meguires Clay Bar. I clay my car about 2x a year.

(3) Zymol Glasur Wax and Polish (56% Carnuba.). Shit is expensive, but it last awhile and has consistently given me the best results.

(4) Armor All Glass Cleaner

(5) Meguires Tire Black (Not tire shine - it's a liquid paste that gives your tires a deep, non-glossy black).

Dishwashing liquid

You should keep using that if you want to lower the life of you're clearcoat.

OP, really any automotive soap will do, the shine, doesn't come from the wash. First dry it with good quality microfiber towels. Then get a good clay bar to remove embedded contaminants. You'll be surprised at how much dirt is left after a wash and dry. Then a good wax and polish to finish.

Dishwashing liquid

The only time you should use that is if you plan on using a clay bar after. Otherwise you're stripping off the clearcoat.

I use Meguiar's NXT car wash. Dry with an absorber, then wax with the Meguiar's NXT wax. My car is black and after 8 years is still not faded

and use some quick wax in between a real all day wax and use microfiber towels to detail.

Water, my presseure washer, and a towel... With all this stupid georgia pollen there''s is n o use of really washing my car because it'll be covered in pollen before the day ends

what do folks suggest for getting rid of scratches, snow fucked my car up this winter. I was going to pick up some turtle wax rubbing compound, are there products better than this?

This shit is fire right here load up on when a Super K out here went out of business. With all the damn pollen here all I had to do was spray it down look looked good as the day I detailed it.

When there's this much pollen out, I don't even waste my time washing and waxing.

It's a fruitless battle. I just hit it the hose every 2 days or so and hose off the green/yellow layer on my car.

No amount of washing and waxing is going to help keep the pollen off for the next 2-3 weeks.
