We should unionize and make three annual demands of HNIC.


This thread is to establish a procedure for union certification, the election of leadership, and our demands.


I propose to start the demand brainstorming with this platform suggestion:
  • A dislike button
  • Less porn
  • Healthcare for every poster with paid sick leave
 
As far as union certification, I propose that any members who do not opt out be considered part of the union with elections decided by a majority of participating voters.

@Rembrandt Brown ’s suggestions to start are awful but the thread premise is excellent.

For the main forum, all porn related threads not featuring so-called native black women should be moved to the corresponding sub-forum (e.g., WGOL, LGOL, AGOL, etc.)

For the main forum, all political threads should be moved to the Politics Forum.

BGOL is no longer in its golden age but can easily be improved which also gets the other forums traffic since this site has turned globalist and the best information is scattered in other sub-forums anyway.

Several sub-folders would be more attractive draws than the "main" forum.

And some content fits more than one category.
