I'm dealing with a gorgeous chick that is an expert in her field but doesn't know shit about stuff that she's obviously had men deal with for her. Like what to do in an accident.
She had one last night, called me but I was asleep.
I'm typing up a to-do list to keep in her car with the insurance papers so she knows what to do other than call me.
This might be a good idea for you dudes with daughters or if the women in your life need a man for stuff like this.
Let me know if I'm missing something.
1. Check for injuries, call ambulance if needed, don't touch anyone. NEVER ADMIT FAULT!
2. Get pics/video of License, Insurance and License tags of other car.
3. Get pics/video of cars and people involved, talk about what you see and state what happened. Note anything that stands out:Time, weather, road conditions, visibility.
4. Call police. Get a police report number.
5. Go to hospital.
6. Talk to a lawyer before speaking to your insurance.
7. Call your insurance and give a statement/file a claim if your lawyer advises you to do so. He may do it on your behalf.
