(CNN)Might Bill Cosby's criminal case be dismissed before it even begins?

Here's what we know so far: The February 2 court date will not be a preliminary hearing in his criminal case. Instead, the court is first going to hear arguments on the defendant's habeas petition to dismiss the case, and the motion to disqualify the prosecution. That means the court is at least listening to the defendant's pretrial motions. And if the court is willing to consider the defense's argument, then it may be willing to dismiss.

I have no problem believing Cosby raped/ sexually assaulted at least a few of those women.
I refuse to believe that they are ALL lying.

I think everyone involved knows that. This is about compensation and smearing. These hoz don't give a shit about justice. They just want to get paid. I'll bet if the laws would only put him in prison and there was no cash to be collected there would be zero interest from these skanks.

There is something strange about whites committing crimes, and all the evidence say they did it and even eye witness say they did, but they have white privilege and connected to a powerful click that if they say they did not do it, then that is what everybody is to go by. Botha killed thousands of blacks in South Africa every day. Yet they put felony charges on Winnie Mandela and accepted Botha as having white privilege and connected with the click.
Bill Cosby is an old man trying to eat and sleep. They got rich white and powerful dope head contractors and others trafficking women and little girls all over the world right now for the sex trade. And they are raping ladies and girls.
Show me another rich black person that has tried to buy a national news network? How can we continue to help pass on white lies, visions, brainwashing, white reality,etc. It is like America is a devil training camp, the more you are against blackness and blacks the better your life will be.

They have to hear any motion filed but that doesn't mean their minds aren't already made up. If they refuse to hear the motion that is grounds for appeal due to lack of due process.

That being said , if he was given proprietorial immunity in order to have him testify during the deposition for the civil case then they cannot then use that testimony to prosecute and without that there is insufficient evidence to proceed.

The judge whose panties got in a bunch and made public a sealed deposition should face charges of misconduct.
