Yes, because I don't want to get the flu. There's also the fact that I'm in the medical field and in contact with a few people. I would hate to get something from them and bring it home to my loved ones.
Na, Im too nervous. Lot of people seem to catch the flu after, and honestly I try not to introduce too much medication into my system.
Mom dukes gets it but she is close to 70.

That's not how a flu shot works.
Oh Im not saying I know how it works lol. Just answering why I dont. Im assuming medication is not introduced its the flu itself? Same thought process for me if so.

A few years ago I got the shot and then got sick afterwards. So i said fuck getting the shot the next year. I then got the flu twice in about a 3 week period. Now I get the shot.
I travel alot so I got the flu shot 5 years ago. I ended up catching it 3 times that winter. Doctor told me I was catching different strains of it each time so the shot did not protect me. Never got one again and have not had the flu since then.

I get it. Flu kills (young and old folks mainly but I ain't trying to be the outlier).
