Both parents failed. Him telling her to get out his house is basically pushing her to get pregnant a third time before she finishes High School. Whether they are together or not, this shit is sad but the blame is on the parents.

I only got one, and I remember when my wife was pregnant, i was seriously hoping for a boy and that's what I got. I can't imagine dealing with this kind of pressure every time she goes out of my purview. Not that all teenage girls are this loose but it's a heavy burden for sure.

And if your daughter has been having sex and has been pregnant twice by the age of 14, then yeah, the problem is with the parents.
