They want black folks in menial jobs, not careers as it doesn't fit the thought process so get ready

Amazon signed on too, they want us driving buses, serving food, warehouse in the sun, seeing educated black folks at the office ain't part of the plan.

They need to keep the "poor little negro child" angle alive in everyone head.

A Dr Claud Anderson has taught us, black folks have been assigned the role of a permanent under class.

As someone who works in corporate for over 30+ years, cancellation of DEI is meant for non-white racial groups.

White folks hate having to compete, East Indians, Asians, Arabs and Hispanics are seen as a threat. Removing DEI is meant to slow those racial groups progress in white dominated spaces.

The media is using a trick bag by associating DEI with black. That's a false narrative meant to deflect.

Asians learned the hard way when they help push an end to affirmative action. Remember the media kept running a narrative that less qualified black people were taking up seats in schools preventing qualified Asians and whites from getting in. Now Asians crying foul because they are having a hard time getting back into ivy league schools as a result of affirmative action ending.

White people just being white people, nothing new here.....

This is non-news news like the Sixers losing another game. The Sixers always lose games, this isn't moving the needle. You should lead with Kelly Oubre should win the MVP.

1. Push education
2. Push entrepreneurship
3. Make your own hires.
4. Push investment and financial literacy
5. Push real estate
6. Push HBCUS
7. Push Black Business. Eliminate the stigmas. Doing business with Black People should be normal to us.
Half of your list needs to be edited for a 1953 world instead of 2025. We as a people wont get the message until we see them not paying social security checks to black people anymore.

What amazes me is that we (on a general scale) have been shown to be more brilliant and creative across the board, in regard to business and innovation...YET, we strive to hide under the umbrella of their thievery and pseudo-development. We still doing that 1940-50's integration shit, when we can easily have our own "everything" and create the determining factors of employ and internships.

We need their acceptance. We need their validation. We can't function without them.

How many black families have moved to the suburbs in pursuit of a better school district in the last 5 years?

But you have people on here praising Zuckerberg because he got a new wardrobe and goes to UFC fights.

Making it a black issue takes away what it really is about, that's a good point.

We're just the face of it as usual

I don't know if it even mattered. I had an interview with them a few months ago. The recruiter was cool. A white woman who contacted me about the position. I studied 5 weeks for the first interview and knew my shit well. I was up to doing 50 of those Leetcode problems a day the week before the first interview.

Then the interview came and it was an Indian piece of shit who decided before the interview started that I wasn't going to get past him. Long story short he asked some hard problems outside of Meta's typical range of problems. I still knew the logic of how to solve them, but he kept saying no and steering me a different way. After the interview was over I looked up the problem he asked and found out I was right.

So it doesn't matter if Meta as a company acts as if it wants to hire us. There can be a CAC or Indian wannabe CAC during the 5-6 interview process that's gonna tell you no and that's it.

Being a non white man in corporate America has always been difficult. It is now worse than it was 30 years ago. Too many younguns are completely unaware that this nation had white and colored water fountains during the lifetime of people still alive today. It has not been so very long.

We are moving backward.

I would advise using corporate America to the extent one can to finance investing in oneself. People go to school in order to get better jobs, perverting the true virtue of education and bending it to corporate will. It is time for oppressed people to INVEST IN THEMSELVES AND THEIR OWN GODDAMNED COMMUNITIES.

We gonna need 'em.
