I am in the market in Texas...What bank or mortgage co. has the best deal. fixed 30 least down and least closing...down payment help programs would be good too!

Do they have newspapers in your area? EVERY paper has current lists in the business section - sometimes only once or twice a week (Sunday and one weekday).

Any detailed info for your area would be found there.
