Best (crash) diet/exercise plan for sex?

However... It's been a long time. Wanting to make the most of it, what exercises would you fitness buffs see as most beneficial? Both short-term and long-term, though I'm obviously much, much, much, much more interested in the short-term.

It's been about a full year since I've really exercised... I started with a half mile run Saturday night and I've gone every night but one since, getting up to about a mile and a half tonight, which is just about my limit. I'm a little flabby but probably at most 10 pounds overweight, just trying to shake off the last vestiges of man boobs I'm hoping the cardio will help. Planning to star with sit-ups, reluctantly, tomorrow.

I've also been eating salad with baked fish and chicken all week, + just drinking water and tea besides a cup of coffee or two... It's sad that it takes the end of a sexual drought to motivate me to take better care of myself-- and, obviously, no crash diet and exercise plan would be necessary if I lived the right way generally-- but it is what it is and I'm trying to put on a good show so any help is appreciated!
