Ben & Jerry's launches Cookie Core flavors
In the center of two ice cream flavors are a cookie-butter core.
Three new flavors from Ben & Jerry's will turn anyone into a cookie monster.
The ice cream maker debuted its Cookie Core line Tuesday, which evolved from the Core line that came out last year, with two flavors on each side of a fudge or jam center.
The center of the new flavors are cookie butters, which are blended cookie spreads.
The three flavors are:
Boom Chocolatta! Cookie Core, with mocha and caramel ice creams with chunks of chocolate cookies and fudge flakes, with a chocolate cookie core; Peanut Buttah Cookie Core, with peanut butter ice cream with crunchy peanut butter sugar bits, peanut butter cookies and a peanut butter cookie core; and Spectacular Speculoos Cookie Core, with dark caramel and vanilla ice creams divided by a Speculoos (gingerbread) cookie butter core.

Ben & Jerry's representatives said the flavors tested "off the charts" in early trials.
"These flavors are over the top, classic Ben & Jerry's decadence with incredible flavor combinations and textures," said CEO Jostein Solheim. "These are cookies you'll want to spoon!"
