A country, Morrocco, that does NOT share the gold, diamonds, minerals, cobalt, timber, bauxite, oil or game animals that most sub-Saharan countries are blessed with, YET, it has done far more with its development than Black Africa. WHY? There is not a single black city in Africa, outside of possibly white-built Cape Town, that would qualify as a world class infrastructure, yet sub-Saharan Africa has the lion's share of the natura resources. Why do cities like Casablanca, Algiers, Tunis and Alexandria outperform black Africa in every single measurable detail? Its a fair question.
