The poor blacks are poor because of failed economic policies that these people in this affluent area implement. Once they secede, they will start Nazification of the police force, which is harder to do now due to demographics. They can also drive around in white cars terrorizing people without suffering the consequences.

I saw on TV, that many of these affluent areas are filled with drug addicts that flood the city, looking for drugs. They will not tolerate a crack house in their neighborhood. All the crime associated with their activity is left in the city.
