He had been robbed. When he observed who he thought was the perpetrator
walking down the street, he fired shots from a black SUV. He missed the shot,
but it so happens Miss Jullian Jones was walking down the street at the same
time. The 23-year-old mother of four was struck in the leg and later died during
surgery.
