Baseball: Francisco Lindor scored a 10-year, $341 million deal with the Mets. It's the third largest contract in league history

All that and he hasn't even played a year with the team yet, wow. But I ain't mad get your money young man. The Mets better make the playoffs.

If I had that money I would have a solid gold Toilet and tub in my house......April fools I’m just kidding

He deserves it.

The Indians were close to paying him big $$$ in arbitration two years ago. When negotiations go to arbitration, the team has to pay the player his market worth at his position.
Well who's the best at his position? He is. Now the Mets have the honor of paying him at that rate.

i remember when the big debate was, who is the best young SS? Correa, Russell or Lindor. according to the "experts", Lindor was #3. like i always say, real mf's prevail.

This is exactly why Brian Cashman should be fired. The Yankees could have traded Torres and gotten Lindor back with some other pieces. He's a much better defensive ss than Torres and his lefthanded bat is perfect for Yankee stadium.
Should have found some way to pry Smith from the Mets too.
