Location, location, location... this "project" is a live/work/play Arts Community across the street from Penn Station. This ain't Section 8!

Still less than the average rent for studios in that Station North neighborhood and it comes with high speed internet, cable and more included.
The bigger picture is to first build a solid foundation as a developer in Baltimore then use those connections to invest in the tougher areas.

Dude, people on Twitter and IG always try to sound like they are so conscious. They just want attention. They really think their thoughts and opinions matter. We need to start learning to ignore things. Every comment doesn't always need a response.
And every article doesn't always need a retweet. I love how Wendell just stopped the back and forth in its tracks by simply stating "NOTED" and moving on.
Notice that Teddi has posted over 107,000 tweets... but has only 773 followers. Pulla has posted over 218,000 tweets... and has less than 2500 followers.
These attention whores need to stop cybershitting on people who are actually putting in work and get a fucking life... AWAY FROM THE INTERNET!
