Baby Air Fryer Blooming Onions
Ingredients:
4 small onions
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
Cooking spray
Instructions:
Peel the onions and cut off the top, leaving the root end intact. Make cuts from the top down, creating petals, but do not cut all the way through.
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
