Not to piss in the OP's thread or stop him from making ends, but $500 seems like ass rape and this is BGOL...Free flowing information makes this thing the underground goto for porn, movies & off the radar information.

listsource.com is one of many sites where you can get that info for $100-200 bux depending on the size of the list (My list had about 500 names and addresses for around $200.) Plus you can get the age demographics, percentage of their mortgage payoff from free and clear 100% to newly originated mortgages below 10% and much more very detailed info. As far as vacants, most lists at least here in NYC are suspect. Properties here fly quickly.

If the OP has a much more targeted list of say...Inheritances or other hard to get list I'm all ears. But $500 to get a list of absentee owners is out there.
