APD doesn’t have to patrol the area. That’s one of the reasons not to buy into that area. Security companies are their best option unless it’s an actual crime. And evdn if you sent 50 cops it was 300. And the overtime would cost out the ass. Just another example of “there goes the neighborhood”.

Atlantic Station is a neighborhood on the northwestern edge of Midtown Atlanta comprising a retail district, office space, condominiums, townhomes and apartment buildings. First planned in the mid-1990s and officially opened in 2005, the neighborhood's 138 acres are located on the former Brownfield site of the Atlantic Steel mill, which opened in 1901. The steel mill was nearly closed in the mid-1970s.
The site of former Techwood Homes and Clark Howell is the Centennial Hill district of Downtown Atlanta. The center of the neighborhood is considered to be the intersection of Ivan Allen Boulevard and Spring Street.
