Please tell me how they get away with ripping off people everyday? My last bill was $450. I have two phones on it. I specifically said I wanted to add one more phone to the family plan jawn so that me and my wife can save some loot. Turns out after looking at the bill them stupid fucks did not place her on the family plan after all and had the phone as a stand alone which was 47 a month. Not to mention each text message is 15 cents because they did not give us the unlimited mobil to mobil text plan like I asked!!.

So me being pissed off i'm like fuck this shit, cancel the damn phone. Then the bitch tells me its a 175$ cancellation fee because all phones are individually under a contract for two year!?!?!?!?! WHAT!?!?!?! WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?!?!? Yo tomorrow I'm actually going down to their cooperate office in downtown Oakland. I hate them mothafuckas. I hate cell phones. I hate monopolies and phone companies. I HATE THEM ALL FUCKIN SCUM!!!!

Pay attention to what!?!?! Their rules written in micro print that only a 1 inch tall dwarf can read? Or wait how about all their fee's written in Electritian language. "Homeage Fee", "Taxation Representation Fee", "Lazer Cone Zoneage Fee", "How'd Bodden Do Guys Fee", "Fuck you dumb fucks fee". NOTHING MAKES SENSE HIDDEN FEE'S EVERYWHERE. I don't have time to read all that shit and make sense of it. Nothing is strait forward. They do not tell you shit. FUCK THEM MOTHAFUCKAS!@!!!!!! FUCK EM!!!! ARE THEY OPEN YET!?!!?
 
yeah man, u gotta read the fine print. all companies have 'early termination' fees now. and those per text charges can really add up. i got zapped for fifty bucks per month till i swithced over to the unlimited text option too
 
I havent had any problems yet with them (that they havent corrected), u just gotta stay on top of them... just like all damn phone companies.

I used to work for cingular before the ATT takeover.
I had to leave because i couldnt sell shit " epuip. and services" to unsuspecting customers, that think they are paying one thing per month and thats just not the case. For instance, salesmen make more $$ when they casually "forget to add the new phone to your family plan, only to sell it out as a new activation".Hell, in training they teach you to capitalize on those customers. thats like a 60-75 dollar commission for them. On top of that , about 30-45% of the phones(mainly the high end shit) they have in stock are fuckin refurbished, so they throw the fuckin insurance at you knowin that the phone you are buying is fuckin used/ repaired. I just had to leave it alone...even though i was makin out nicely. It's a dirty game, for real.

billion dollar corps. hire alot of help to get away with this type of shit. All i can say is get a good deal and keep that shit. I've been with sprint for about 10 years now, 2 phones, decent min. about 80-100 bucks a month. It would be less but wifey talk to much.

Go to that office and go the fuck off, that shit gets results and all the law can do is tell you to leave. Unless you whoop somebody's ass like it need to be beat :D

Thing is I have my house phone and internet all through At&T it was supposed to save money doing it that way. Where's the CEO live I want to shit on his door step.
