Sure, it happens, but not at the volume of what we see from the women. For example I've never heard of a father fucking his daugheters opp, I never heard a black man belidger his daughter by calling her a black hoe in public, and if he did, I would advise you treat the son of a bitch faggot the same way we should treat the coon ass black mothers, because the argument isn't that women shouldn't do but men can, the argument is nobody should do that shit not even the mother!
Also, for the record its the white man that's destroying our black kids. They use the toolige of the black women to implement their agenda, similar to how they use record executives such as Puffy and Jay Z to create gangster and drill rappers who only rap about killing other blacks, spending money, and fucking hoes. Fam, there are fathers, of all races, including Black ones, and more than you would like to consider, who have fucked and/or sexually abused their own daughters. That alone trumps everything else you mentioned. The idea that you're trying to push that Black women/mothers are the most destructive element to the community is just sexist bullshit. Yes, nobody should do the shit but the idea that only women are doing it, or are doing it at a significantly higher rate than men, is nonsense.
And these prices, odds shit should be arrested and held accountable for their actions! The problem is that their female equivalent rarely gets punished; on the contrary, many of them are awarded payments, allowing them to make more children to destroy. Imagine if those shit head fathers were allowed to keep their children and get paid by tax dollars to have more kids.
Nobody said it's only women, we are saying it's mostly women and yet they are rarely held accountable for the destruction they cause.
You're basing this on what? Black women in particular, just like Black men, often get harsher treatment at the hands of the (in)justice system so the idea they're not being punished for criminal behavior is nonsense. Any person, man or woman, who acts the way you're describing has major issues, probably related to upbringing, and it has fuck all to do with their sex. Black women don't, in any sense, have or exhibit any more pathologies or destructive behavior than Black men. The statistics you cited are all types of wrong:
46% of Black men aged 15-49 had a child, compared to 61% of Black women. By their 40s, these figures were closer with Black men at 81% and Black women at 87%. Black women were more than twice as likely to become mothers before the age of 25, and Black men were twice as likely to become fathers after age 25.
Nearly half of all Black men aged 15-49 ("young Black men") have at least one child. So, that 70% childless rate you stated isn't even close to being accurate.
Also the fact that Black women are twice as likely to become mothers before 25 and Black men twice as likely after 25, suggests there are a lot of older dudes, who should know better, getting young women pregnant.
