Hey all,
Going to finally go into arbitration this week, after wife had an accident 3 years ago and broke her ankle. We sued the water company, city, etc, and we are going to arbitration Thursday, I guess they will make an offer to avoid trial has anyone here gone thru this? any tips or advice on what to expect?
