None of the above. Get a Synology NAS.
WD my cloud and Apple time capsule are just NAS's (Network Attached Storage) and they are nothing fancy. Synology, QNAP, and other NAS's are much more robust. They have apps, excellent user interfaces, and can do more than just backup and share files.
My Synology NAS has:
VPN Server
DHCP Server
DNS Server
DDNS Server
Plex Media Server (get a newer Synology NAS with trans coding built into the CPU like the DS214play)
PHP, PERL, Python, Java Web Servers
MySQL Database Server
Surveillance System
Download station, which you can setup with an Alldebrid account and direct all your downloads to so the PC doesn't have to do it.
Filebot to rename those files.
Many PHP apps like Joomla, OCTicket, GLPI, Drupal, PHPMyAdmin, Git, Tomcat...
